— Ned as a werewolf | A top favourite trope of mine for him, playing into the dog / wolf associations

— your character as the spooky thing | Which would be fun to play around with, given his apprehension of The Supernatural TM in general... Give me vampires, aliens, demons, anything and everything

— sailor x sea creature | Ned as a human, your character as a mermaid/man, siren, selkie, etc.

— haunted / ghost | I'm very weak for the concept of metaphorical hauntings also being literal; Ned being haunted by the dead, a tragic ghost romance... or him as the ghost! Maybe your person ends up haunted by a misplaced Victorian sailor from the Franklin Expedition...

⚓ MISC. AUS

— Severance AU | The way this is literally his dream world... Ned as a happily severed man living his best mediocre officer worker life (until inevitable conspiracy theory shenanigans or some kind of drama with their outies??) For this, I would love to somehow?? keep him Victorian?? if possible, because I think that would just be extremely funny if he showed up to work every day looking and acting like that... but I'm also happy to modernise him for this too!

— modern shenanigans | Really here for anything, but some ideas: Ned as some kind of kindergarten or middle school teacher, or a middle manager of a struggling establishment (these vibes are just Very Him)... / modern office workers (without the sci-fi horrors of Severance, just the horrors of working at a normal-ass office) / Ned crash-landing into your character's universe and suddenly they're responsible for a confused Victorian naval officer / I'm always open for jamjar type scenarios as well, where both our characters are put into a new universe

— exploring canon relationships | I would love to dive in deep to ANY character relationships, expanding on the meaningful little snippets that were given, filling in the unseen moments of interaction, harrowing moments, comforting moments, getting closer to one another, literally anything!

— ship potential | Which branches off of the above, but I'm absolutely here to explore and indulge in canon shipping. This could be to any degree, whether just the hint of something or some sort of established ship sort of thing. As far as ships go, I'd honestly be down to explore Ned with anyone in canon... literally anyone at all, I can ship all ships here 👉👈
